Kathryn Cater is a harpist, composer, teacher, and recording artist from the state of Oregon. She has been performing on her rosewood pedal harp since 1983. Cater has published several harp books for solo harp through Afghan Press. Her arrangements range from original solos for beginning to intermediate harp students to baroque solos perfect for the gigging harpist. Along with her flutist, Sandy Duffy Norman, Cater is also one half of the harp and flute duo RoseWynde. RoseWynde has recorded several CD's which encompass Celtic, classical, and traditional styles.
