To ensure that your gifts arrive in time to be under the Christmas tree, we must
receive your order no later than MIDNIGHT PACIFIC TIME on the day listed below.
We'll do everything we can to get those gifts where they're going!
Domestic US orders received by midnight will be shipped the following business day (Mon - Fri). Please
note that UPS does not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
International orders will be
shipped within 2 business days. The final cut-off day for Santa's elves depends
on the shipping method . . . see below for deadlines.
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will call or e-mail you
immediately to discuss your options. Please be sure to give us your correct
e-mail address, and a daytime phone number where we can easily reach you. We
apologize in advance if we have run out of any of your gifts!
