Each item that we sell has been personally selected by Sylvia Woods. We try to make our product descriptions as helpful as possible to assist you in making selections. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, return it to us within 90 days**. We will cheerfully exchange it or refund you the purchase price of the item, whichever you prefer.
*Opened software cannot be returned. Strings are not returnable.
**Harps must be returned within 30 days, and be in perfect condition. Some restrictions apply to harp returns. A 25% restocking fee may apply to returned Lyon & Healy or Salvi harps. Please note that cigarette smoke can damage harps, and may make a harp non-returnable. Please call before returning a harp.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Please include the packing slip that you receive with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return. Please send the package securely wrapped, insured, and prepaid (no CODs) to The Sylvia Woods Harp Center, 915 N. Glendale Avenue, Glendale, CA 91206. Items returned will be promptly refunded for full purchase price, or credited to your account.
DEFECTIVES AND MIS-SHIPMENTS
We make every effort to fill your order accurately and completely. If we goof, or if you receive merchandise from us that is defective, please call us for instructions right away. We will ship the correct merchandise to you immediately.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please save all of the packing materials and contact us right away.
MAILING LIST POLICY
We never sell or rent our mailing list to other companies.
