Yolanda Kondonassis made her concert harp debut at the age of 18 with the New York Philharmonic conducted by Zubin Mehta. Since then, she has appeared as soloist with many major orchestras, and at venues such as Lincoln Center. She is also a passionate chamber musician who has performed at Tanglewood and the Mostly Mozart festival. Yolanda has numerous recordings of classical repertoire, including her own transcription of Vivaldi's "Four Seasons," the first time the work has been orchestrated for harp. She is also the author of several books including On Playing the Harp, a comprehensive guide for concert harpists.
