The Maid with the Flaxen Hair is a popular piano work by French composer Claude Debussy (1862-1918). It is slow and peaceful, delicately and expressively painting the story of a young woman singing in the sunshine. We are selling two transcriptions of this well-loved piece: this one by Salzedo and another by Grandjany.
