Lyon & Healy has re-designed its popular Prelude harp, adding 2 extra strings in the base.
This new Prelude 40 model will sell for $5,450. However, the introductory price, through December 31, 2008 is $4,490. (*See below for more sale details.)

Artistically styled, with the exquisite sound and appearance of a traditional Lyon & Healy concert harp, the Prelude features string spacing and tension similar to a pedal harp.
Available in natural, ebony, mahogany and walnut (shown here) finishes. This harp comes with a decal-decorated soundboard.
Interchangeable crowns and feet: Included with the new Prelude 40 are a scalloped bronze-finished crown and matching claw feet, as well as a classically turned wooden crown and stylized feet. All pieces complement the elegant lines of its graceful base and delicately fluted column, plus they allow you to customize the look of your Prelude 40 to your individual taste. (See photo below.)
