Harp Description:
For the discriminating and budget-minded beginner, traveler, teacher, or student, the 26-string Ravenna fills many needs with its affordability, reliability, portability, and most importantly its rich and satisfying sound. Its innovative design and construction techniques (patent pending) allow the makers to incorporate more features than are usually found in harps in this price range. The stave-back soundbox makes for great playing comfort. Dusty Strings' characteristic bright, full sound, tuning stability, even tension across the strings, and meticulous craftsmanship make the Ravenna 26 a great value, and it has a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

An extremely innovative and useful feature of this remarkable harp is the built-in leg, which drops smoothly into place for convenient and adjustable playing support. Because of this feature, the harp can be quickly and easily adjusted to your correct playing height, without the hassle of additional legs or stools. The leg easily slides out of the way, back inside the harp, when not in use.

Loveland sharping levers are optional on the Ravenna 26. All the lever holes are pre-drilled, making it easy to add levers at a later date.

Soundboard: Clear finished laminated European birch.
Neck and Pillar: Solid ash with a clear lacquer finish.
Soundbox: Laminated European birch with ash-grained black vinyl veneer.

Standard Ravenna:
The basic, standard Ravenna model comes with a black back and base, and a natural soundboard, neck and pillar, as shown in the photo above. Other color options are listed below, and are an additional cost.

Optional Black:
The Ravenna is also available with a black neck and pillar for an extra $80. With this option, the entire harp is black, with the exception of the natural soundboard. See the photo below.

Optional Colors:
The Ravenna is also available in 2 other colors, for an additional $160. You can choose burgundy or green. With these options, the soundboard is natural, and the base and the capital (the part at the top of the soundbox) are black. The back, neck, and pillar are the color you choose: burgundy or green. See the photo below.

Optional Cases:
There are two new form-fitting, soft-shell cases that fit the FH26, Allegro, and Ravenna harps. The Economy Case has foam padding with a cordura exterior, zipper closing, shoulder strap, and an exterior pocket for music and other accessories. The Deluxe Case is the deluxe version, with more substantial foam, a plush interior, and two exterior accessory pockets, one of which has slots for four legs. Both cases include D-rings to attach optional pack straps, which allow the harp to balance comfortably on the back, even on a bicycle.

Optional Long Drop-Down Leg:
The optional long leg offers an additional 12" of height (for a grand total of up to about 26" from the floor) to allow comfortable and stable stand-up playing for teaching, performing, or bedside work. With this leg you can play while either sitting or standing. This longer-length leg still stows away inside the harp. You can order the long leg at any time and install it yourself ($65), or order your harp to come with the long leg installed ($30).

Optional Stand:
This black stand is great for people who want a stable base for their Ravenna 26 Harp. It quickly attaches to the harp base with the twist of a knob, raising the harp 12". Made of black lacquered ash, this handy stand easily disassembles for travel. You do not need to remove the built-in harp leg in order to attach this stand to your Ravenna harp. Since all of the Ravenna harps have a black base, this black stand looks great with any of the Ravenna colors. See the photos below.
