For lever or pedal harp.

Rhett Barnwell's newest arrangement is of one of the most popular and requested hymns, "How Great Thou Art" by Stuart K. Hine. Crafted for the intermediate player, it opens with a contemplative introduction, followed by the theme in the right hand, accompanied by a sixteenth note pattern in the left hand. Played at a slow tempo, and with much rubato, the sixteenth patterns will fall readily into the left hand. The arrangement makes use of alternate harmonizations and rhythms from the original, while easily recognizable as the popular hymn. There are two 2-page versions included: in the keys of D and E flat. There are no lever or pedal changes needed, and no fingerings. This is a "must-have" piece for religious and memorial services.

One of my favorites to play

I bought this sheet music knowing that it is always good to have "old favorites" on hand when people ask me to play for their events. To be honest, I've never liked this song - to me, it brought up old memories of being completely uncomfortable at nursing homes while my father led church services when I was little. This arrangement makes me feel anything but uncomfortable when I play it. I had no trouble learning the notes and it is probably one of the most relaxing and enjoyable songs that I have now.
