Harp Description:
The Crescendo 34 is an ideal blend of affordability, portability and depth of sound in a 4 ¾-octave range. With a solid sapele wood neck, back and sides, and a laminated birch soundboard (like the popular Allegro 26), the Crescendo 34 has a clean, bright sound with a deep, resonant bass.

This harp is the same overall size as its 32-string predecessor, but now goes down to the low C in the bass. For playing comfort, Dusty Strings has added facets on the upper corners of the back. This clever "hybrid-stave" design provides the ergonomic benefits of Dusty's popular 36-string stave back harp at a portion of the cost.

To keep the carrying size to a minimum while giving maximum flexibility of playing height, the Crescendo 34 includes an innovative removable stand. It has 5-inch removable legs and nestles into the base of the harp, attaching in seconds with the twist of a knob and without turning the harp upside down. 8-inch legs are an option for those who prefer more height. For those who like a lower height, the harp balances beautifully on the ground without the stand.

The Crescendo 34 delivers a great combination of range, performance, and value in an elegant and easy-to-manage harp.

Included:
• Loveland sharping levers on all strings
• Standard tuning key
• Stand with 4 legs

This lightweight beauty is a large harp in a small harp's body! The sound is very close to full size Dusty Strings, with their characteristic full, deep tone on the lower strings and bright clear upper register. This harp does NOT tinkle like a toy. I can play this loud enough to be heard in a busy/noisy Emergency Room and soft enough to not disturb the next patient in ICU. Dusty's updated base and leg platform is a huge improvement over the older style 'allen wrench needed' legs. Very quick & easy to set up. I highly recommend this harp for both travel & at home use.

Highly recommend

I've owned this harp since 2013 and I purchased it from Sylvia online. It has a deep, rich, beautiful sound. I replaced the bass strings for the first time this year, and it sounds so lovely. It's gorgeous to look at and the craftsmanship is superb. This harp is a joy to play, and I am still so happy with my choice all these years later.

Love this harp!
