For lever or pedal harp and flute.

Here's how Paulette describes these arrangements.
Astor Piazzolla (1921-1992) was a prolific composer of tangos. He was born in Argentina and lived and studied in Argentina, United States and Europe. He created "tango nuovo" a blend of jazz and classical elements with tango music from Argentina. Oblivion is one of his most famous pieces.
Oblivion is well-suited for flute and harp with its passionate melody and very accessible accompaniment.

This PDF includes two separate 4-page harp scores: one for lever harp and another for pedal harp. There are also two 2-page flute parts: a standard version, and an optional version with added ornamentation. The music is in 3-flats. The only lever changes in the lever harp part are two sets of F#s, which are notated with words and diamond notes. The pedal harp version has numerous pedal changes written in the music. There are no fingerings in either version.

You can listen to Paulette and her husband, Dave, playing the pedal harp arrangement in the video below.
