For lever or pedal harp.

This lovely composition by Linda DeBrita is for flute and intermediate pedal or lever harp. It is in the key of C and mostly in 4/4 time. Although written originally for pedal harp, the 2 G# lever changes can be modified for lever harp. The harp part begins and ends with sections of rolling 16th note triplets. Other sections feature eighth notes. The flute part contains quite a few whole notes interspersed with a lovely melody.

The PDF includes the 7-page score, and a 2-page flute part. The lowest note for the harp is E almost two octaves below middle C.

Here's what Linda wrote as an introduction of this piece. Ovarian cancer is called "the disease that whispers" because the symptoms are so vague. This piece is written in honor of the women who, like me, are fighting or have fought the disease.
