Wooden Tuning Key for Harpsicles and Harps with Zither Pins

This wooden tuning key (wrench) fits harps with zither-style tuning pins (see photo), such as all the harps made by the Harpsicle Harp Company (Harpsicle®, Sharpsicle®, Flatsicle®, Fullsicle® and Grand Harpsicle®). Zither pins are tuning pins that do NOT go through both sides of a harp neck. (See photo.) Many players feel that this wooden-handled T-shaped key is more comfortable to use than the L-shaped key that comes with the Harpsicles. The inside end of the metal shank has a star shape to fit on the zither pins.

This wrench is made by Dusty Strings because they use zither pins on their hammered dulcimers. It will NOT fit the Dusty Strings harps. But, as mentioned above, it works well with any harp with zither pins.
