This PDF commemorates the 25th anniversary of the Scottish Harp Society of America. It is a comprehensive collection of excellent Scottish tunes. Included are 70 arrangements by the following artists: Cheyenne Brown, Cynthia Cathcart, Nancy Bick Clark, Judith Peacock Cummings, Dominique Dodge, Rita Hamilton, Corrina Hewat, Ann Heymann, Nancy Hurrell, William Jackson, Alison Kinnaird, Sharon Knowles, Catriona McKay, Jo Morrison, Jennifer Pratt-Walter, Mary Radspinner, Christine Fraser Ramsey, Sue Richards, Patsy Seddon, Cynthia Shelhart, Wendy Stewart, and Evelyn Tiffany-Castiglioni. Each arrangement has been carefully edited by Castiglioni.

The difficulty of the arrangements varies from beginning through advanced. The keys range from 3 flats through 4 sharps, with a majority of the pieces in 1 or 2 sharps. About half of the tunes include fingerings, and some include chord symbols.

There is history on each tune, biographical information on the artists, and extensive harp information with suggested study material. This PDF is a fabulous resource for anybody interested in Scottish harp music. A bonus is the original artwork by Renata Myers. The Scottish Harp Society of America (SHSA) is dedicated to the performing of Scottish Music, both new and old, on the small harps of Scotland. They support the playing of nylon, gut, wire strung, levered and unlevered harps. The Society hosts events throughout the year. There are sanctioned competitions at local highland games across the country culminating in The National Scottish Harp Championship of America.
