PDFs and mp3s are download files. There will be no shipping charge if all of the items on your order are downloads, since they will not be mailed to you. If you order regular (non-downloaded) products at the same time, any shipping charges will be for those additional items.
After you check out, you will receive an email thanking you for your order from orders@harpcenter.com with the links that will take you to your downloads. This e-mail will be sent to the "Ship To" email address that you specify during checkout, so be sure to input the correct e-mail address. Please add orders@harpcenter.com to your approved e-mail list. If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes after you place your order, check your spam folder.
Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation email to see the links to download your music. You can access your downloads by clicking here and entering your order number, email address, and billing zip code.
If you created an account with us, you can also find your downloads by going to "My Account" and clicking on the "Downloads" link.
Once you receive the e-mail, please click the link(s) and download your PDFs and mp3s as soon as possible. Due to copyright restrictions, the links will expire after 30 days.
If you have a problem with your downloads, please contact sylvia@harpcenter.com for assistance. Please note that downloads are not "returnable."
PDF DOWNLOADS
Save the PDF files to your computer before you try to print them. We suggest that you create a folder on your computer to store all your music downloads, so you will always know where they are. You might also want to change the file names of the PDFs from the product number to a title that will be easier for you to find. You are authorized to print two copies of the PDFs for your own personal use.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you have any printing problems (i.e. strange symbols, faint lines, etc.) please use Adobe Acrobat or the free
Adobe Reader to view and print your PDF.
Your respect of the copyright laws will help support the musicians and arrangers who created this music, and will encourage more harp music to be produced in the future. Please do not make multiple copies to pass on to others. You can help keep downloadable harp music viable and available by encouraging your students, friends, and relatives to purchase their own copies. Thank you for your assistance in this endeavor.
mp3 DOWNLOADS
Many of the mp3 products include numerous tracks. These individual mp3 tracks will be zipped together into one file. You may need an unzipping program (such as WinZip, Stuffit, or PKZip) on your computer to separate the zipped files.
Once you have downloaded the mp3s and saved them on your computer, you can play them using any mp3 player of your choice (i.e. Quicktime, iTunes, Windows Media Player, Real Player, etc.), and/or upload them to your iPhone, iPad or another player.
