For lever or pedal harp.

Here's how Jacqueline Pollauf describes her 15-page "Incremental Trill Exercises" PDF.
No harpist is born with an innate ability to trill, but instead learns through deliberate practice. These 26 exercises strip two-handed trills down to their essence and gradually put them back together, working in a variety of rhythmic groupings and carefully placed accents.

Jacqueline's video below is a general, helpful video about how to play trills. It was not specifically recorded for the exercises in this PDF.

Two handed trills are a complex skill to learn on the harp. Incremental Trill Exercises does a fantastic job breaking down the overall technique into far more manageable steps. The exercises helped remove the intimidation factor that was creating a major mental block in my progress learning trills. Now I feel I am actually building confidence and a clean technique so I can continue to work towards achieving beautiful two handed trills without fear.
