It is in the key of C with chord symbols and no fingerings. There are no lever changes needed. Each version is 1 page long. For advanced beginner to intermediate harp players.

Here's Louise's explanation of this piece:
This waltz was written with visions of fashionable couples dancing at grand balls. The women would be wearing long frilly dresses with bustles and leg o' mutton sleeves, and the men would wear silk vests, high collars, and high top shoes. The Grand 1894 Opera House was built in Galveston on the Texas Gulf Coast in the booming days before the turn of the 20th century. Then, Galveston was called "The Wall Street of the Sothwest". It was a theater for the performing arts (plays, ballets, operas, etc.) constructed with the hopes of attracting more people to the area. Through the years it has gone through several periods of remodeling and reconstruction, especially after the great 1900 storm. Today it is still a popular venue for concerts and productions of all kinds. The International Society of Folk Harpers and Craftsmen chose the Opera House for all its concerts at its 1998 Conference.
