Magical arrangements, magical childhood memories!

Lever and pedal harp players will find many favorites in this book of Disney Songs by Sylvia Woods. I have been playing the harp for 19 years and find these pieces challenging and very rewarding once mastered. As I reviewed the 76 titles included in the book it brought back memories of my childhood. I have yet to find a book of harp pieces arranged by Sylvia Woods that does not touch the heart.

We bought the Disney song book for my daughter from your company and she loves it! She was getting bored playing pieces she wasn't familiar with or didn't like. To quote a 7 year old on her old books "the songs are boring, so I don't like practicing them" I searched a lot and found you were the only place that had a book that could relate to the younger harp crowd. My daughter is 7 and has been playing about a year. Now she loves to practice and her teacher liked it also! Thank you.

As a music therapist who works with kids with autism, this book has been a must-have! Even when using the piano or guitar I've used this book. I hope that there is a second volume someday soon of even more Disney songs!

I am very pleased with this book. I am an advanced player so I am able to pick up the songs quickly. One problem: "Colors of the wind" is not included. I know that Sylvia has another book with it in there but all of the other songs are already in this book. Only disappointing feature. I absolutely adore "A whole new world." Thank you Sylvia! (Editor's note: "Colors of the Wind" hadn't been written when this book was published. SW)
Favorite music for lever harp

My daughter loves the 76 Disney Songs book. She is 12 now and has been playing for 4th, 5th and 6th grade. Her harp instructor at Eastman Community Music School in Rochester, NY lets her choose any piece she wants to play.

This album is a fun collection to add to your gig book! I've been gigging for over 15 years and Sylvia's music is definitely a cornerstone of my repertoire. It has all the essentials -- beautiful melodies and chords. I highly recommend her music to any harpist!

I purchased this Disney Collection several years ago for my daughter (I'm a harp mom) and it remains an important part of her repertoire -- especially living in Orlando!

I've had this book for years, and have played lots of the songs. I keep hoping for another Disney book from Sylvia with many more favorites!
