Guarantee, Returns, and Privacy

OUR GUARANTEE
Each item that we sell has been personally selected by Sylvia Woods. We try to make our product descriptions as helpful as possible to assist you in making selections. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, return it to us within 30 days. We will cheerfully exchange it or refund you the purchase price of the item, whichever you prefer.

*Strings, fake books, and music PDF and mp3 downloads are not returnable.

Harps must be returned within 30 days, and be in perfect condition. Some restrictions apply to harp returns. Please note that cigarette smoke can damage harps, and may make a harp non-returnable. Please call before returning a harp.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Please email orders@harpcenter.com or call 808-212-9525 if you would like to return any item. Sylvia will give you a Return Authorization number, and directions on where to ship the item. Please include the packing slip that you received with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return. Be sure to securely box the products with plenty of padding. Items returned to us in sellable condition will be promptly refunded for the full purchase price, or credited to your account.

DEFECTIVES AND MIS-SHIPMENTS
We make every effort to fill your order accurately and completely. If we goof, or if you receive merchandise from us that is defective, please contact us for instructions right away. We will ship the correct merchandise to you immediately.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please save all of the packing materials and contact us right away. Email orders@harpcenter.com or call 808-212-9525.

PRIVACY POLICY
All of your customer information is kept strictly confidential, and is never shared with ANYONE. We never share, sell, or rent our mailing list or any customer information to other companies.
The only time we will contact you is if you ask a question, or if there is a problem with your order.
Our monthly email newsletter is only sent to customers who sign up for it on our website. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also unsubscribe at any time by sending a request to sylvia@harpcenter.com.
