Deborah Dahl Shanks, ASCAP, is a retired music professor, historian, and arranger with an MA in Music specializing in Medieval/Renaissance music history and performance practices, conducting and arranging from the California State University, East Bay. She arranges music for The Trianon Trio (piano, cello, flute) with whom she plays piano, as well as arranging music for choir, handbells, and a variety of ensembles. Her arrangements are very accessible for the average player and maintain historical accuracy for cultural, ethnic, and period music.
