Joanna Mergler Mayer
Joanna teaches private and group lessons for children and adults at her studio, as well as through Skype, FaceTime, and Zoom. She will travel to the homes of local students. She is the Harp Coach for the Alaska Youth Orchestras. Joanna teaches all musical styles, specializing in classical and orchestral music. No previous musical training is required. She also teaches arranging, improvisation, and music theory, and offers recitals and harp ensembles for her students. Joanna studied with Margo Britch and has been teaching since 1986.
