Jan Jennings began learning piano at age 6 and went on to study harp for 9 years with Marie Mellman Naugle. She had planned on a career in banking but found herself in such demand as a harpist that she retired from the bank to pursue harping full time. Jan has performed for numerous celebrities and heads of state. In addition to live performance and many solo recordings, Jan is a well-respected arranger who has published many books for both pedal and lever harp. Jan is a passionate advocate for golden retrievers and supports the work of the Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid-Florida.
