Irene teaches private and group lessons for children and adults at her studio, as well as through Skype. She also teaches at Hospice Maui. No previous musical training is required. She has lever harps for rent to her students. Irene teaches all music styles, and offers a harp circle for her students. She has an AA in Theory and Composition, and is a Certified Harp Therapy Practitioner. She has been teaching since 2003.
