Store Window Artwork
From 1999 through 2009, the Sylvia Woods Harp Center adorned its Glendale, California store windows with whimsical themed paintings by local artist Tom Smith. The eye-catching artwork added a delightful dose of color and fun to the storefront and became a beloved treat for locals, who never knew what sensational scenes Sylvia would dream up next! During the Christmas season, festive Santa hats and swirling snow were added for a holiday touch.
Although we no longer have our storefront, the photos of our windows are a fun and nostalgic look at our past.
