Dr. Jessenzzth Chua

Dr. Jessenzzth Chua teaches private and group lessons for children and adults at his studio, as well as through Skype. He will also travel to the homes of local students. No previous musical training is required. Dr Chua teaches all musical styles, as well as composition, arranging, improvisation, and music theory. He offers recitals, harp ensembles, video recordings, and harp master classes for his students. Jessenzzth studied with Davide Burani, Khor Jee Fei, and Katryna Tan, and previously had masterclasses with Catherine Michel and Ieuan Jones. Jessenzzth has a Doctor of Philosophy in Innovation Brain Dynamics and Master of Arts degree in pedagogy and performance. He teaches in English, Chinese, and Bahasa and has been teaching since 2019.

Madelaine teaches private lessons for children and adults through Zoom, FaceTime, and Skype. No previous musical training is required. Madelaine teaches all musical styles, specializing in classical and orchestral music. In 2022 she is in her final year pursuing a Bachelor of Music (Hons) in Harp Performance at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore (NUS). She also has the following teaching certificates: DipABRSM, ABRSM Grade 8 Harp Practical (Distinction in 2013). Madelaine has studied with Khor Jee Fei (director of The Harp Academy), Tan Keng Hong (Principal harpist of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra), and Gulnara Mashurova (Principal harpist of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra). She has also taken Masterclasses from Chantal Mathieu, Leonard Jacome, Catherine Michel, Ieuan Jones, and Mariko Anraku. Madelaine teaches in Mandarin and English and has been teaching since 2013.

I have also been performing and playing with various orchestras of different levels in Malaysia and Singapore since 2011.
