Our shipping costs vary depending upon the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Most items are shipped from either Minnesota or Hawaii. A few items are drop-shipped from the manufacturers in various states.
We usually ship items within 1 to 3 business days. Please be aware that orders placed Friday through Sunday may not ship until Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Orders shipping to an address in Hawaii or Minnesota are subject to state GET or sales tax.
When ordering through our website, you will be given a choice of shipping methods with their costs before we ask for your payment information. At that time, you may either choose one of the shipping options and proceed through check-out, or change or cancel the order. Your card will not be charged until after you complete the entire check-out process.

During the Christmas rush, all packages may take a few additional days.
Customers in Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. Territories should select "United States" as the country in their address.
All harp shipping prices are listed on the bottom of the harp pages, except for the Dusty Strings harps with 36 strings. Email us for a quote on the shipping for these harps.
The only harps that we ship outside of the U.S. are the Harpsicle series. Email us for a shipping quote for international Harpsicle orders.
Shipping to countries outside of the United States
A few products have copyright and licensing restrictions that prohibit us from shipping them outside of the U.S. If you see this icon, we cannot ship that product to you if you are outside of the United States. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Australian and New Zealand Customers:
We are sorry to announce that due to Covid, the United States postal service is temporarily not shipping any packages to Australia or New Zealand. We hope that these restrictions will be lifted soon. PDFs and mp3s are fine, but for now, we can not physically mail any items to you.
Our international orders are usually shipped through the United States Postal Service. Packages being shipped out of the United States are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. You will see the available shipping methods and shipping prices before we ask for your payment information. The Sylvia Woods Harp Center takes no responsibility for taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be incurred. There may be an additional charge by your country's customs office when your package arrives. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing whether this charge will apply, or what it would be if it does.
International First Class Mail can only be used for packages under 4 pounds in weight.

Important Information for Customers in the UK and the EU
Due to the new 2021 VAT rules, we are no longer mailing physical products such as printed books, sheet music, and harp accessories to the EU or the UK.
You will need to remove these items from your cart to complete the check-out process.
PDFs and mp3 downloads are OK!
Since you will be downloading PDFs and mp3s, these are fine. Add as many as you'd like to your cart!
