For lever or pedal harp.
Moon River, from Breakfast at Tiffany's is a classic song of the silver screen. With music by Henry Mancini and words by Johnny Mercer, this timeless song is widely requested at all types of events. However, it has not been easy to play on the lever harp . . . until now! Angi Bemiss has taken a few "liberties" with the chords, making this piece playable by advanced beginning lever harp players. No lever changes are required! The right hand generally plays the single melody line with a few 2-note chords. There are some cross-overs in the arpeggiated chords patterns in the left hand. Angi's unique sheet music layout gives you 2 versions of the same piece. The 2-page "Key of C" version is on one side of the 11" x 17" sheet, and the 2-page "Key of E-flat" version (in 3 flats) is on the back. Since you get BOTH the C and E-flat versions, you'll have a perfect arrangement, no matter which way you tune your lever harp! Lyrics and chord symbols are included, but no fingerings. The C version goes down to the low C, 2 octaves below middle C, and the lowest note in the E-flat version is the low E-flat.
