Evening Prayer from Engelbert Humperdinck's 1893 opera, Hansel and Gretel, is a tender melody that is appropriate for many occasions. Darhon Rees-Rohrbacher's arrangements in this collection are for upper intermediate to advanced players, due to the full chords and the number of lever or pedal changes required to be consistent with the composer's intended harmony. Lever and pedal changes and some fingerings are included.

This piece requires B-flats, so it can be played on lever harps tuned in 1, 2, or 3 flats. It cannot be played on lever harps tuned to C.
