Pedal or Lever Harp

My Shepherd Will Supply My Need arranged by Angi Bemiss PDF Download

Item #p6788
$5.00

For lever or pedal harp.

The words of this lovely, familiar hymn are Isaac Watts' paraphrase of Psalm 23 (The Lord is my shepherd). It has been sung and played for centuries, perhaps most notably in current times when it was sung by the Choristers of the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. for the 9/11 Memorial Services held on September 14, 2001. Angi mentions that the last line includes some of her favorite lyrics from any hymn, "O may Thy house be my abode . . . no more a stranger, nor a guest, but like a child at home."

Angi's arrangement is for intermediate harp players. Chord symbols and three verses of lyrics are included, but no fingerings. No lever changes are required.

Angi's unique PDF music layout gives you 2 versions of the same piece: a 2-page "Key of C" version, and a 2-page "Key of E-flat" version (in 3 flats). Since you get BOTH the C and E-flat versions, you'll have a perfect arrangement, no matter which way you tune your lever harp!
